When considering whether to invest in a franchise, people dwell over the decision – understandably. Starting your own business is a big leap, however, the saying goes: ‘Procrastination is the thief of time’. Brilliant chances are lost and opportunities disappear when the decision making process is prolonged.

Almost all business owners and entrepreneurs recognise that success comes from timing. Therefore, when an unmissable opportunity arises, you must grasp it with both hands, rather than juggling the possibilities and potential outcomes.

As Richard Branson says in his ‘A bad decision is better than no decision’ article, ‘there is no such thing as perfect timing or perfect decision making – only hindsight can determine whether or not you’ve made the ‘right call’.’

When an opportunity emerges that sparks your interest, you should say yes. Even if you feel you’re entering a world of unknown, you can learn throughout the journey. The majority, if not all successful entreprenuers have learnt along the way, sometimes stalled by stumbling blocks that they have turned into stepping stones.

So, if not now, when? “Don’t wait for the perfect moment, take the moment and make it perfect.”

At the Family Holidays Franchise, we are always here to help you with decision making. Our training and support method will guide you through an exciting but sometimes nerve-wracking journey.
