Introducing Dale Randle

Having settled into life at The Family Holidays Franchise over the last 3 weeks, I wanted to introduce myself and explain my role within the company.

I have over 30 years travel industry experience, from teaching Travel and Tourism in Australia, working ski resorts in Austria to Senior Business Development roles for global corporate travel organisations. One of my significant achievements was to open a regional office for a specialist global marine travel company. The office opened with 4 staff and 1 client which grew to a team of 10, turning over £8 million in just 2 years.

I have a real passion for travel and have travelled the world extensively for business and pleasure. I was even fortunate enough to have a 2 year honeymoon travelling the world; admittedly it was only meant to be for 12 months! I went to some amazing places and met some wonderful people along the way.

My love for travel and desire to share my experiences and knowledge with other people has made this role ideal for me. The Family Holidays Franchise will attract likeminded entrepreneurial people that have the same passion for travel with little or no industry experience. In my role as Franchise Sales Manager, I will bring a wealth of diverse experience and knowledge to the Family Holidays Franchise. I am looking to grow the brand to be one of the most respected travel franchise companies in the UK.
