WHAT TYPES OF HOLIDAYS WOULD I BE BOOKING?
You have the ability to book any type of holiday your customer desires, these could range from standard packages, to tailor made holidays, cruises, safaris and tours. This means you're not limited in your business. Or you may choose to specialise in a certain type of holiday or a certain destination. Your business can be whatever you want it to be and we provide all the necessary training.
WHAT WOULD A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE...
9:00am Drop the kids off at school.
9:15am Make a cup of tea to set me up for the morning.
9:30am Host a sharing session with the Jones family looking to book to Dubai. Took them through two hotels which I think will be perfect for them. They are now ready to book!
10:00am Update my social media pages to share a customer review of the Viva Zafiro hotel in Majorca and a lovely testimonial of my service.
10:30am Log on to the system, check and respond to my emails. Checked the message board for any key information I need to know.
11:00am Ring Verdura Resort in Sicily to request the best room available and a bottle of champagne & card for the Adams who are going to get married. I want to ensure everything is perfect on their arrival.
11:30am Call Karen who has just returned from the Maldives, I want to ensure the holiday was everything she wanted, and I have seen an amazing deal for a safari which we have talked about previously.
12:00pm Have lunch.
1:00pm Call Mr McFarlane who is due to travel to Tenerife. We discussed booking excursions nearer his departure date, I have found a range of options that would suit him and his family.
1:30pm Check through the invoices and tickets that have arrived today ensuring all are correct.
2:15pm Write a selection of cards for upcoming customers' birthdays & wedding anniversaries.
3:30pm Time for the school run, whilst I'm there I have a meeting with the Head Master reference sourcing flights for a school trip.
5:00pm Make tea for the family.
6:00pm Re-check emails for responses to quotes I have sent.
6:10pm Text my friend to say I have received her brief and will start work tomorrow.
